Refund & Returns Policy

Please select carefully, we do not offer refunds due to change of mind. If you are not sure prior to purchasing please contact us at enquiries@idesigninteriors4u.com.au for assistance. 

This refund policy does not apply to goods which are damaged as a result of our handling or manufacturer faults. Should you have an issue with a purchased item please contact us in the first instance so that we can resolve the issue promptly. Any products that are returned will need to be returned in their exact condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered courier and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. iDesign Interiors 4 u will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
