The luxurious yet functional Raven Lamp uses an ancient Japanese process called eggshell inlay where they layer the base with eggshells and cover them with a black finish. Then it’s sanded down to reveal portions of both the eggshells and the black to give it textural depth. The back and base are finished in a smooth solid dark lacquer a perfect counterpart to the ornate facade. It is topped with a black rectangular microfiber shade with contrasting mustard lining.
